This page explains how shipping works at gsagroup-papp Store, including timelines, fees, and cut-off time.

gsagroup-papp Store is owned and operated by Koala Textiles, LLC

1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to United States addresses only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).
We do not ship internationally at this time.

2) Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)

  • Flat rate shipping: $5.00 per order

  • No minimum order required.

3) Tax

  • Sales tax: 0% (no sales tax collected at checkout).

4) Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (PT)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT begin processing the next business day.

Processing / handling time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
This is the time we need to confirm your order and prepare it for shipment.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after checkout

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking when your package ships

5) Transit Time (Delivery Time)

Shipping / transit time: 7–9 business days (Mon–Fri) after the package leaves our facility.
Delivery speed can vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather.

6) Total Delivery Time (10–12 Days)

Most orders arrive within 10–12 business days total, calculated as:

  • 1–3 business days processing/handling
    +

  • 7–9 business days transit time
    = 10–12 business days total delivery window

7) Tracking

Tracking will be sent by email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

8) Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned.
