This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can submit a notice of alleged infringement regarding content on gsagroup-papp Store (the “Site”), and how users may submit a counter-notice.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.


1) Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice that includes all of the following:

2) What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

After receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material

  • Notify the party who posted or provided the material

  • Take additional action if we believe it is necessary to comply with the law

We may also request additional information if your notice is incomplete.


3) Counter-Notification (DMCA Counter-Notice)

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal (URL if available)

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., a federal court where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice

  5. Your physical or electronic signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action within the required time, the removed content may be restored.


4) Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers, where appropriate and consistent with applicable law.
