Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work on gsagroup-papp Store.

gsagroup-papp Store is owned and operated by Koala Textiles, LLC

1) Return Window

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery (based on tracking or delivery confirmation).

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)

2) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned after 15 days

  • Items marked as final sale (if stated on the product page)

3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may offer (depending on the case):

  • Free replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit (if you prefer)

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (item + packaging)

  • Short explanation of what went wrong

4) Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider (usually a few business days)

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover the return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6) Exchanges

We don’t guarantee direct exchanges because inventory can change.
If you want a different size or item, the best option is usually:

  • Return the original item (if eligible), then

  • Place a new order

7) Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not entered processing.

  • Once processing has started, we may not be able to cancel the order.

8) How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Photos (if damaged/defective/wrong item)
